 VALOGA Ltd. is a family owned and managed company with an annual production of over 3,000 barrels. The company is run by Mr. Petar Ivanov-Owner and his daughter Stella Ivanova-Manager and Owner.
For more than seven decades, VALOGA has built its reputation as the world leader in the art and science, tradition and modern technology of barrelmaking.
Our limited production is made from selected by hand , extra fine grain Bulgarian oak from forests with old history. We sustain low yields in order to ensure quality and consistency.
Our technological innovations, such as increasing the quantity of the valuable component ellagitannin in the oak we use , have led to fundamental protection of people in the presence of cancer fighting agent. The oak is also particularly good for the aging of premium wines with notable quality and enriches them with elegant lactones and vanillins….
